KFC is looking for an Assistant restaurant general manager to support the team, lead day-to-day operations, and drive guest satisfaction. This role focuses on owning the operations, atmosphere, and guest experience, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and the team performs at its best.

You will train and coach the crew, manage KPIs, handle rostering and stock, and work to convert first-time guests into regulars with exceptional service.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in hospitality or fast-service environments.
• Strong people skills with ability to coach and develop staff.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and guest experience.

Responsabilidades
