Job summary

Wendy's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations under the General Manager. You will focus on staffing, training, and scheduling to build a high-quality 5-star team, while driving sales and profitability and supporting local marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include supervising Supervisors and Team Members, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and financial audits, and driving training and development across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in a team environment.
• At least 1 year in line operations in a fast-paced setting.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Flexibility to work 44-hour weeks across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Supervisors, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to meet Company standards.
• Lead training initiatives with the General Manager and identify capability gaps.
• Ensure audit compliance including Health and Safety, Food Audits, Stock, and Financial Audits.
• Build and maintain an efficient team aligned with business objectives.
• Control costs while maintaining standards and guest experience via line checks.
• Assist Back of House and Front of House teams during peak periods.
