Job summary

The Southampton Harbour Hotel is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team with exceptional cocktail skills and in-depth bar product knowledge. You should have a minimum of 2 years’ bar experience, ideally with supervisory responsibilities, and thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service in a quality bar/restaurant setting, upholding Harbour Hotels’ standards and contributing to a positive guest experience across our venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ bar experience, ideally with some supervisory
• Experience of working in a quality bar/restaurant, with a real passion for service excellence is essential.

The role…

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to join the team. As Bar Supervisor you will need to have excellent cocktails skills and fantastic bar product knowledge. You will need a minimum of 2 years’ bar experience, ideally with some supervisory and be capable of working in a vibrant, fast paced environment. Experience of working in a quality bar/restaurant, together with a real passion for service excellence is essential.
