Southampton Harbour Hotel in the United Kingdom is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team, delivering exceptional cocktails and service in a vibrant setting.

You will have at least 2 years in bar roles, supervisory experience preferred, and a passion for guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment. The role offers opportunities for progression within Harbour Hotels and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role…

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to join the team. As Bar Supervisor you will need to have excellent cocktails skills and fantastic bar product knowledge. You will need a minimum of 2 years’ bar experience, ideally with some supervisory and be capable of working in a vibrant, fast paced environment. Experience of working in a quality bar/restaurant, together with a real passion for service excellence is essential
