We are currently looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager who is full of enthusiasm, willing to learn, and open to new challenges to take responsibility for the hotel Restaurant & Bar.

As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will have a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of creating a welcoming atmosphere through genuine hospitality, along with training to empower team members to deliver authentic experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for the business performance, quality, standards, and health and safety of the Restaurant & Bars.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading the team to create authentic and genuine experiences for guests and staff.
• Maintaining high standards consistently.
• Developing your team’s skills through coaching and motivation.
• Managing stock, cellar, rotas, payroll, and understanding product knowledge including spirits, cocktails, and wines.
