You will join a team of professionals committed to providing exceptional service to our guests within our 2 AA Rosette ‘Squires’ Restaurant, the Roxana Bar, and the Spa Lounge.

The Position

Supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will oversee a team of like-minded individuals, leading by example, motivating others, and providing exemplary service to our guests.

You should have experience motivating a hospitality team, be highly conscientious, and ready to start on 1st April 2025. This is a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.

About You

You will have:

• Experience at Assistant Manager / Supervisor level within a similar environment.
• A passion for hospitality and Food & Beverage with strong product knowledge.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer care.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
• A desire to work in a professional guest-focused hotel environment.
• Professionalism and excellent personal presentation.
