Job description

Responsibilities of the Deputy Bar Manager include:

• Ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained by all bar and beverage staff, aiming to exceed expectations and achieve high sales within the venue.
• Assist the Bar Manager with stock management, including placing beverage orders for upcoming events according to the drinks ordering procedures, ensuring adequate stock to maximize sales without overstocking.
• Support the implementation of changes to bar stock and beverage service to increase bar sales.
• Assist in conducting accurate monthly stock takes.
• Manage the bar staff to allow the Personal Wedding Manager to focus on event management.
• Hold a Personal License (Level 2 B11AB) if required, and stay updated with any additional training mandated by the Venue Manager. Training for the Personal License can be provided.
• Plan and oversee the smooth operation of each wedding, event, and the venue, maintaining high standards and representing the venue positively at all times.
