Job summary

Cherry Trees Hampshire is seeking compassionate residential care staff to support children with complex needs and to provide a caring, home-from-home environment.

You will help develop personal care skills, assist children in pursuing independence, and support social development during respite stays on a two-weekly rota. DBS checks are required or obtainable, and benefits include generous leave, pension, and parking.

Qualifications

• Empathy for children with complex needs.
• Willingness to work a 2-weekly rota.
• Experience in children's care is welcome but not essential.
• Open to sandwich-year placements or part-time roles.
• Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong team player.
