Keys Group are seeking a committed Support Worker for a Children’s Residential setting in Warrington. The role is full-time, based on 39 hours per week, with long day shifts and sleep-ins, including weekends.

A full UK driving licence and experience with children who have complex needs are essential, along with a passion for safeguarding and wellbeing. You will help with daily routines, accompany children to appointments and activities, and contribute to a safe, nurturing home environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Experience working with children with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs.
• Accompany them to appointments, school, and activities.
• Deliver personal care and help with daily routines.
• Support with household tasks and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Complete accurate, clear documentation and reports.
• Always promote wellbeing and safeguarding.
