Provide CIC is seeking a Respiratory Practitioner to join the Mid Essex Community Respiratory Team in Chelmsford. This community-based role supports adults with chronic respiratory conditions through spirometry, pulmonary rehabilitation, oxygen therapy and a virtual ward model.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, conducting holistic assessments in clinics and during home visits, and contribute to the Virtual Respiratory Ward.
