Provide CIC in Mid Essex is expanding its Respiratory Team and seeks a motivated Healthcare Support Worker eager to develop skills and progress toward an Associate Practitioner role within a supportive team.

You will gain experience across respiratory services, supporting spirometry, pulmonary rehab, oxygen assessments, capillary blood gas testing, and the Virtual Respiratory Ward, with full training and development opportunities including ARTP spirometry certification.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to train in spirometry and respiratory diagnostics.
• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Desire to progress to Associate Practitioner role.
