An environmental consultancy in Guildford is seeking a proactive resource planner to support ecology projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills to allocate resources effectively and ensure project delivery. This office-based role emphasizes teamwork and multitasking in a dynamic environment. A competitive salary starting from £25,063 per annum is offered along with benefits including health care and 25 days annual leave.
Due to the requirements, this is primarily an office-based role, in our Guildford office. If you are a proactive individual, who is detail oriented, highly organised, and has exceptional communication skills, this role could be a great opportunity for you. Your role will be to make sure our ecologists are in the right place at the right time with the right equipment to deliver our first‑class ecology services to our clients.
On a daily basis you'll work closely with our Resourcing Manager, Project Managers and team leaders across our Ecology department to support projects through allocation of staff time and equipment.
You will be a confident and forward‑thinking individual with the ability to multitask whilst staying calm under pressure. You will be able to offer:
Ideally, although not essential, you will have experience working in a resource planning environment, organising scheduling plans and logistics, or similar.
