This role plays a pivotal part in aligning our evolving business needs, programme development, and site strategy with our Early Careers programmes, recruitment, and training activities.
This leadership / line management role includes the effective resource selection, training, and deployment before, within, and post Early Careers programmes. The individual will likely lead specialists and possess the ability to coach, motivate, and develop.
A background with strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including functions such as procurement and key suppliers from recruitment to educational providers, will be key. Managing expectations and ensuring effective communication between business areas to drive successful outcomes for Belfast plant is essential.
