We have an exciting opportunity to join the Resourcing team as a Resourcing Coordinator. We are looking to recruit an administrator who is passionate about customer service and has an eye for attention to detail.

You should be experienced in administrative roles within fast-paced environments, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have strong administrative, IT, and organizational skills.
The successful applicant will be based at Worthing Hospital with occasional travel across all Sussex University Hospitals sites. Worthing offers a vibrant coastal lifestyle with many restaurants and shops, set against a beautiful beach backdrop.
We offer a hybrid working pattern of four days on-site and one day working from home, adjusted to your part-time pattern.
The role involves providing comprehensive recruitment services to Hiring Managers, Employees, Applicants, and Candidates, ensuring timely and professional recruitment aligned with cost, quality, and Trust policies.
You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and Service Leads to deliver workforce recruitment plans, and assist, develop, and supervise Resourcing Administrators to meet KPI targets.
