About the role
Responsibilities
Bid Development
- Review project requirements and resource availability; maintain capacity forecasts
- Collaborate with delivery and business development teams to propose and align staffing for bids
- Develop understanding of the bid pipeline through regular engagement
- Prioritize project requirements to meet business and client needs
Project Mobilisation and Delivery
- Manage resourcing rules to ensure smooth project execution
- Recommend resources considering workload and skills
- Design KPIs and use CRM reporting for insights
- Adjust team profiles as project scopes change, maintaining profit margins
- Ensure accountability for resource decisions and compliance with guidelines
Cost Management
- Work with business development on cost and profit overview
- Manage associate usage aligning with business plans
- Design project teams to meet cost margins and balance resource usage
- Follow pay benchmarks for associates in different roles
Talent and Wellbeing Support
- Understand team expertise and interests for engaging projects
- Maintain skills matrix for employees and associates
- Support team goals and wellbeing
- Review work allocations to meet utilisation targets and balance remote work
Communication
- Communicate resourcing decisions effectively
- Discuss sensitive decisions face-to-face with support
- Maintain regular contact with associates regarding availability and expertise
- Manage resource administration queries
- Notify staff of project assignments in advance
- Create weekly resourcing updates
- Escalate major resourcing issues promptly
- Manage bench resources in coordination with leadership
- Ensure new hires are prepared for their projects
Associate Management
- Manage associate contracts, availability, and skills
- Support retention through strong relationships
- Evaluate feedback for offboarding and engagement
Requirements

- Experience in professional services resourcing
- Strong communication skills

- Prioritization and deadline management skills

- Advanced MS Office skills

We offer a hybrid working model, combining remote and in-person work, typically four days a week in the office with flexibility, and up to four weeks fully remote annually.
