We are looking for a Resourcing Advisor to work on general recruitment and onboarding. to cover maternity leave until 15th of November 2027. Previous experience within recruitment and or a similar role is desired but full training is provided.
This role is home-based with the requirement to attend inductions once a month and come into the office once per quarter. Additionally, you will be mainly based at our Cowley office but have the occasional requirement to go to John Radcliffe Hospital.
The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, proactive and organised to support the delivery of an efficient and effective recruitment service across our organisation. Additionally, you will be part of a team that supports the recruitment and safe on-boarding of staff into the Trust and this role will specialise in general staffing recruitment.
You will be working with a range of stakeholders including other Resourcing Advisors, Resourcing Business Partners, hiring managers, candidates and internal teams.
