Job summary

Harvey Beric Associates is seeking a Resourcing Advisor to join the HR team in Lichfield. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple sites, from attracting top talent to onboarding new hires.

You will also contribute to employee engagement, retention initiatives, employer branding, and wellbeing programmes, while collaborating with agencies, colleges and local partners. A proactive, organized approach and solid knowledge of UK recruitment legislation are essential.
