Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust in Salford is seeking a highly organised Resourcing Administrator to deliver a positive candidate journey. You will support recruitment processes, employment checks and act as the main contact for candidates and hiring managers.

As a Resourcing Administrator with the Northern Care Alliance, you’ll share our commitment to providing an outstanding recruitment experience to our hiring managers and new starters. You will have experience of working in a busy office environment, preferably with a fast paced recruitment background or high volume
administrative environment - an understanding of the pre-employment screening processes and home office legislation will be an advantage.
You will thrive in a busy environment, be motivated to organise your workload, multi-task and be able to make proactive decisions to improve the candidate journey. You will also be responsible for the delivery of a timely, accurate and high quality customer focused service ensuring safe
recruitment practices are maintained.
You will be involved in a wide range of transactional administrative activities from undertaking employment checks, to being the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers seeking guidance on the recruitment process. The role requires a degree of flexibility as you will also be occasionally required to work evenings and weekend to support recruitment open days and events.
