Job summary

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a recruitment administrator to join the People Team. You will support all aspects of recruitment activity and work closely with internal departments to maintain excellent customer service.

The role requires organisation, attention to detail and the ability to travel to different sites across Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will have GCSE English and Maths, strong diary/time management skills, and experience with MS Office and

Job description

Come and work with a team who deliver a responsive, efficient and effective recruitment service to all directorates within the Trust.


You will be part of a team that is integral to the Trust’s People Team to recruit the best staff with the right values to provide
highest level of patient care.

You will work collaboratively with other internal departments and maintain a high standard of customer service.


The Trust has a high level of recruitment activity which requires you to be organised, attentive to detail, accurate and passionate about providing excellent customer service to all those who come into contact with our service. You will support all aspects of Recruitment activity

Main duties of the job

You will be working within a small dynamic team and will have the ability to provide a high level of commitment, with a positive approach to busyworkloads, maintaining high team morale and agile working.

You will be based on site the role is not for homeworking only . Hybrid working is available but you will be required to travel to various sites across Northamptonshire .
