The role involves ensuring train crew reach their destinations on time. It oversees positions including Drivers, Guards, and Catering Staff across the GWR network.
As part of our team, you will manage the resource desk operations on a 24/7 roster, collaborating with Train Service Delivery and Network Rail colleagues. Responsibilities include forward planning of services, implementing emergency plans, managing disruptions and recovery, supporting colleagues, and performing administrative tasks.
This dynamic, desk-based role requires the use of specialised railway software. Once shifts start, you will oversee crews in your assigned network area.
