This is an exciting opportunity to join the Resources Casework Team at Guildford Borough Council.
The team provides excellent support services to the council, focusing on Finance business support, and acts as the first point of contact for advice and support to internal and external customers. The post holder will respond to and resolve support service requests using established systems, processes, and workflows for all council teams.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can work well within a team and also use their own initiative. You should demonstrate excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong customer focus to ensure high standards of support and advice. The ability to multitask and work across different functional areas is advantageous.
The role requires an agile working approach. Roles are typically appointed at the bottom of the pay scale.
