Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a driven Resourcer to join our Middlesbrough/Darlington team. You will source and identify suitable candidates, build a robust candidate database, screen applicants, and maintain ongoing communication, ensuring excellent service aligned with our values.

This role offers extensive training, clear career progression, and a benefits package including pension, holidays, wellbeing support, and a cycle-to-work scheme. Work hours are regular Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Support Recruitment Consultants by sourcing andidentifyingsuitable candidates
• Build andmaintaina strong candidate database
• Screen and assess candidates against client requirements
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed
• Deliver exceptional service that reflects our company values.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. 40 hours per week. 1 hours lunch break.
