Job summary

Prospero Group in Cardiff is recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding education-focused team. You'll conduct telephone interviews, advertise vacancies, source candidates, and help coordinate the hiring process from application to offer.

With industry-leading OTE and clear progression opportunities, this role rewards drive and teamwork. A graduate or equivalent is desirable, and you’ll benefit from comprehensive training and a supportive environment that values your growth.

Responsibilities

• Conducting telephone interviews with prospective candidates to assess suitability for roles.
• Advertising vacancies on job boards within company guidelines.
• Sourcing candidates via social media, job boards, CV searching and network referrals.
• Coordinating each stage from initial application through to offer of employment.
• Supporting with candidate mailers and communications.
• Data entry and general administrative tasks to support recruitment processes.

In this role you will be responsible for-

• Conducting telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for various roles
• Advertising vacancies on job boards within company guidelines
• Sourcing candidates via social media, job boards, CV searching, and our branch network
• Working with the team to coordinate each stage from initial application through to offer of employment
• Supporting with candidate mailers
• Data entry/ administration
