Job summary

Prospero Group in Southampton is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team. You will conduct interviews, source candidates, advertise vacancies, and support the recruitment cycle end-to-end, helping schools and nurseries find the right staff.

This role offers strong commission potential, clear progression to leadership, and a supportive environment where targets are recognised. Experience in a similar role is desirable, with a graduate or equivalent qualification encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
