Prospero Group in Swansea is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning agency. You will build strong relationships with schools, source and register education professionals, and match candidates to daily or term-time vacancies.

You will also manage bookings, drive new business through calls and visits, and negotiate rates while upholding safeguarding and compliance. A money-motivated, ambitious team player with UK driving license will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment or B2B sales is preferred.
• UK driving licence is required.
• Able to build relationships with schools.
• Comfortable with target-based incentives and performance KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Building and developing strong relationships with schools.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and registering high-quality education professionals.
• Matching candidates with daily, short-term, and long-term temporary vacancies.
• Managing bookings and ensuring excellent service delivery to both schools and candidates.
• Proactively generating new business through sales calls, networking, and client visits.
• Negotiating rates and managing the full recruitment process.
• Ensuring all safeguarding, compliance, and vetting requirements are met.
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service while maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic business, we need candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a money-motivated attitude. Exceptional communication skills, drive, and ambition are also essential.

For this role, you ideally will have worked in agency recruitment or worked within a B2B sales role. We also welcome applications with education experience.
