Job summary

The Rofft School in Wrexham is seeking an outstanding Teacher for our Resourced Provision. You will deliver highly differentiated, personalised teaching for pupils with additional learning needs, collaborating with teaching assistants, mainstream staff, parents and external agencies to enable access to learning and build confidence.

The role focuses on monitoring progress, coordinating Individual Development Plans and Annual Reviews, and supporting successful inclusion in mainstream classes.

Qualifications
