Job summary

The Rofft School is seeking an outstanding Teacher to lead in our Resourced Provision, supporting children with additional learning needs. Qualifications

• Outstanding, enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher.
• Skilled practitioner with passion for supporting children with additional learning needs.
• Able to deliver high-quality, personalised teaching and learning.
• Capable of monitoring pupil progress and coordinating individual development plans.
• Experience working with support staff, parents and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching for pupils with additional learning needs.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress; coordinate IDPs and Annual Reviews.
• Support successful integration into mainstream classes where appropriate.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, mainstream colleagues and families to build confidence and independence.
