Job summary

Trustmarque Ultima, a major UK technology business, is seeking a proactive Resource Coordinator to join the Professional Services Resourcing team in Reading. You will own end-to-end resource coordination, balancing demand and capacity and driving utilisation with stakeholders across Sales, Delivery and Finance.

You'll build trusted relationships, challenge requirements where needed and deliver practical resourcing solutions that support commercial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource coordination, workforce planning or Professional Services resourcing.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, capacity management and utilisation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage resource bookings from requirement to allocation.
• Maintain diaries and allocation data in D365.
• Assess incoming requirements and match resources to needs.
• Identify conflicts and capacity constraints and propose solutions.
• Provide visibility of availability, bookings and demand to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with consultants, Directors, Sales, Delivery and Finance.
