Job summary

Montresor Legal is seeking a Resource Manager to support the delivery and development of its global analyst population, ensuring analysts are effectively deployed across teams and locations.

You will onboard and train new analysts, manage staffing across multiple locations and external providers, and ensure resource aligns with changing client and project demands. The role also covers recruitment of business support hires and data-driven management information on productivity and quality.

• Strong data skills and the ability to balance competing needs across a global delivery function.

We are working with a growing legal technology business looking to hire a Resource Manager to support the delivery and development of its global analyst population.

This is a broad operational role sitting at the heart of the business, with responsibility for ensuring analyst resource is effectively deployed across teams in it's various locations.

The successful candidate will help onboard and train new analysts, manage staffing and capacity across multiple locations and external managed service providers, and ensure resource is aligned with changing client and project demands.

You will also support the recruitment of additional business support hires as required and produce meaningful management information around analyst productivity, quality assurance and performance across the global delivery function.

The role would suit someone with experience in resource management, workforce planning, operations or professional services delivery who is comfortable working with data, managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing resourcing requirements.

Experience within legal, professional services, consultancy, technology or another project-led environment would be particularly relevant.
