Job summary

Montresor Legal is growing its legal technology delivery function and seeks a Resource Manager to support the global analyst population. The role sits at the heart of the business, ensuring analyst resources are deployed across teams and locations to meet client and project demands.

You will onboard and train analysts, manage staffing and capacity across multiple locations and external providers, and produce actionable management information on productivity and performance across the global

Qualifications

• Experience in resource management, workforce planning, operations or professional services delivery.
• Comfortable working with data, managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing resourcing requirements.
• Experience within legal, professional services, consultancy, technology or another project-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new analysts and support onboarding processes.
• Manage staffing and capacity across multiple locations and external managed service providers.
• Ensure resource alignment with changing client and project demands.
• Support recruitment of additional business support hires as required.
• Produce meaningful management information around analyst productivity, quality assurance and performance across the global delivery function.
