Job summary

Montresor Legal is seeking a Resource Manager to support the delivery and development of its global analyst population, ensuring analysts are effectively deployed across teams and locations.

You will onboard and train new analysts, manage staffing across multiple locations and external providers, and ensure resource aligns with changing client and project demands. The role also covers recruitment of business support hires and data-driven management information on productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource management, workforce planning, operations or professional services delivery.
• Strong data skills and the ability to balance competing needs across a global delivery function.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across locations and providers.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new analysts, manage staffing across multiple locations and external providers.
• Ensure analyst resource is effectively deployed across teams in its locations.
• Align resource with changing client and project demands and monitor utilization.
• Support recruitment of additional business support hires as required and produce meaningful management information on productivity and QA.
• Provide performance insights across the global delivery function and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
