Job Description

  • Coordinate resources and schedules to ensure business support functions operate effectively.
  • Support departmental leaders with administrative tasks and project-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for resource allocation and utilisation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of departmental meetings and training sessions.
  • Handle internal and external communications with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Monitor workloads and provide recommendations for optimising efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all administrative processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Secretarial & Business Support department as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Resource Coordinator should have:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous Project Management experience or similar role.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools.
  • Previous experience in a Professional Services or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
