Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc. is seeking a Resolution Coordinator for Haydock, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. You will liaise with customers by phone and email, taking full ownership of their requests and collaborating with our network to resolve disputes efficiently with excellent service.

The role requires a strong customer focus, the ability to multitask, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to grow the business while supporting our ESG initiatives.

In this role as aResolution Co-ordinatoryour days will be spent liaising with customers via telephone and email, taking end to end ownership of their requests and working in partnership with the wider Speedy network, to ensure the dispute can be resolved efficiently and with great service.
