Speedy Group UK&I is seeking a Resolution Co-ordinator in Haydock to own end-to-end customer requests by phone and email, resolving disputes with speed and care while upholding our customer-first culture.

Resolution Coordinator - Haydock - Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours Per Week

In this role as a

Resolution Co-ordinator

your days will be spent liaising with customers via telephone and email, taking end to end ownership of their requests and working in partnership with the wider Speedy network, to ensure the dispute can be resolved efficiently and with great service.
