The Ministry of Justice in Birmingham is recruiting Approved Premises Residential Workers to support Jackie Harriett House, Carpenter House and Sycamore Lodge. You will provide 24-hour cover, monitor residents on probation, and help drive risk management and sentence plan objectives.

Salary ranges from £28,064 to £33,549 per year, with visa sponsorship available for eligible applicants. You may work across multiple premises, on varied shifts, while upholding licence conditions and court orders.

Qualificações

• Ability to work various shifts, including annualised hours, full-time peripatetic, or full/part-time at a single Approved Premise.
• Flexibility to work at Jackie Harriett House, Carpenter House, Sycamore Lodge and adapt to different working patterns.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, Offender Managers, and partner agencies.
• Commitment to equality and inclusion, with an understanding of their relevance to the work.
• Adherence to policies regarding sensitive and confidential information handling.
• Right to work in the UK or eligibility for Skilled Worker (Tier 2) visa sponsorship.
