Nottingham College is seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator for the Apprenticeships Team. You will support students with wellbeing, manage safeguarding responsibilities, and help run enrichment activities across multiple campuses, including supervision of apprentices at residential hotels during courses.
Hours are typically Monday to Friday 9am–4:30pm, with additional residential duties several times a year.

We are looking for someone to join our Apprenticeships Team at Nottingham College. We want someone who is passionate about working with young people and ensuring that our students receive the best possible experience. Hours of work are usually Monday to Friday 9am – 4.30pm. There is also the requirement to support our residential provision for our apprentices which requires you to oversee our apprentices at one of two Nottingham-based hotels, whilst they are attending their courses at our Ruddington campus. Residentials run from Sunday – Thurs 3pm – 11pm several times a year.
The successful candidate will work alongside the current Wellbeing Coordinator and support the Head of Student Experience for Apprenticeships and the wider Apprenticeship Support Hub team, to develop and deliver an effective Wellbeing and Enrichment programme to enhance the student experience. They will also support the Apprentices at the residential setting which provides a chance to obtain feedback on their experience and help create positive changes at Nottingham College.
