Job summary

Nottingham College is seeking a dedicated Wellbeing and Enrichment professional to join the Apprenticeships Team at the Ruddington campus. You will develop and deliver wellbeing programmes, supervise residentials, and support apprentices with safeguarding and enrichment activities.

Hours typically Mon-Fri 9am–4:30pm; occasional residentials Sunday–Thursday. You will work with the Head of Student Experience for Apprenticeships and the Apprenticeship Support Hub to enhance student experience.

Qualifications

• Highly effective organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Experience of safeguarding role and dealing with sensitive issues.
• Knowledge of safeguarding legislation and guidance.
• Proven ability to handle complex issues with discretion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion a customer-first approach to wellbeing services.
• Translate feedback into actionable improvements and record evaluations.
• Act as first contact for safeguarding concerns with timely support.
• Support cross-College Safeguarding Network and share best practice.
