Nexus ERP Limited is seeking an Estate Agent Sales Valuer in Harborne to generate new business, conduct residential market appraisals and convert valuations into signed instructions.

You will be the local property expert, guiding vendors through their property journey, building relationships and driving branch profitability with a focus on compliance and collaboration with the Sales Negotiator team.

Formación

• Experience in estate agency, especially valuation or senior negotiation roles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong local geographical knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Attend market appraisals and provide evidence-backed valuations based on local trends.
• Follow up on warm leads, canvass local areas and generate new valuation opportunities.
• Pitch the agency's services to convert valuations into signed instructions.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners and advise on pricing strategies.
• Ensure AML and onboarding compliance during client onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales Negotiator team to hand over new instructions and maximise exposure.
• Represent the company professionally to grow local market share.
