Job summary

Randstad UK CPE Team is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a 50+ unit residential development in Wiltshire. This temporary appointment will focus on delivering the scheme on time and to high standards in Swindon.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, timber frame delivery, and ensure NHBC and building regulations compliance while coordinating trades to maintain programme momentum.

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS cards.
• Proactive problem-solver able to maintain momentum on a fast-paced site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 50+ unit residential site.
• Manage delivery and assembly of timber frame structures in line with specs and fire safety regs.
• Lead site inductions and ensure RAMS compliance.
• Conduct inspections to NHBC standards and client quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate specialist trades to keep the programme on track.
• Demonstrate a proven track record as a Site Manager on residential new builds with timber frames.
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of NHBC requirements and current Building Regulations.
