Job summary

PRS is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager to lead a single UK office portfolio from our Central London HQ, with some travel. You will oversee hard services across diverse M&E systems, ensuring compliance, resilience and uptime while steering safety, SLAs and reporting to executive level clients.

You will manage a skilled technical team, deliver PPMs, reactive works and small projects within budget, optimise contracts with major suppliers, and drive lifecycle strategy across the London

Qualifications

• Degree/HND in Engineering or technical discipline.
• Extensive multidisciplinary engineering knowledge across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, life safety.
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent safety accreditation.
• Experience leading Hard FM or Technical Services teams.
• Proven track record of zero compliance breaches.
• Experience managing supply chain and subcontractors.
• Experience leading resilience and business continuity planning.
• Experience contributing to reporting frameworks and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site Hard FM delivery through a layered management structure.
• Manage engineering risk across critical infrastructure.
• Deliver reporting dashboards across safety, uptime, SLAs and compliance.
• Plan and execute PPMs, reactive and small project works within contract specs.
• Direct management of major supplier contracts and contractor governance.
• Mentor and develop technical teams to high performance levels.
• Support asset lifecycle strategy and capital planning.
