Job summary

TSR Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join its Housebuilding division. The role focuses on coordinating technical information, maintaining standard house types, and supporting delivery of residential developments using AutoCAD and Revit.

The successful candidate will work with internal teams and external consultants, ensuring timely, accurate drawings and compliance. A background in architecture or civil/structural engineering with strong organisation and problem-solving will

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, preferably residential development.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining standard house types, technical details and NHBC type approvals.
• Reviewing and updating technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinating architectural, structural and civil engineering information.
• Managing and liaising with external consultants and specialist designers.
• Ensuring drawings and technical information are issued accurately and on time.
• Supporting site teams with technical queries and regular site visits.
• Monitoring consultant appointments, schedules and documentation.
• Assisting with product specifications and compliance requirements.
• Reviewing sales and marketing literature from a technical perspective.
• Monitoring road and sewer bond levels.
• Supporting technical audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentoring and supporting Technical Apprentices.
