This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a construction or technical design background who is keen to develop their expertise, take ownership of their work, and grow their career within a supportive environment.

Why Join Us?

The team has a fantastic mix of experience levels, strong staff retention, and a culture built around collaboration, support, and continuous improvement.

This is a role where you'll be encouraged to learn, develop, and make a real impact, working closely with colleagues across the business and supporting the delivery of high-quality new homes.

The Role

  • Reporting on road and sewer bond levels.
  • Providing regular technical support to site teams through site visits.
  • Auditing compliance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Mentoring and supporting Technical Apprentices.
  • Assisting colleagues in managing product specifications, compliance requirements, and technical queries.
About You

We're looking for someone who is technically capable, highly organised, and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Experience within construction, ideally with exposure to residential development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
  • Enthusiasm to learn, develop, and build a long-term career within housebuilding.
  • Previous experience within a Technical Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience working for a housebuilder, particularly a volume residential developer.
  • Experience managing your own projects or technical workstreams.
  • Background in architecture, civil engineering, or structural engineering.
  • ONC/OND qualification or currently studying towards HNC Level 3/4.
Who Will Thrive in This Role?
