• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Independently manage a varied caseload (60–100 files).
• Strong client care and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold/freehold, shared ownership, staircasing.
• Work with a conveyancing assistant on a 1-1 basis.
• Use case management system to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Build relationships with clients and local referrers.
• Support development of junior team members.
