Job summary

Gcb is seeking a Residential Surveyor for remote/home-based work covering the Doncaster area. This role welcomes newly qualified SAVA Surveyors alongside AssocRICS/MRICS professionals, offering flexibility, admin support, and pre-booked appointments.

You will carry out valuation reports and Level 1/2 surveys, Produce professional reports with cutting-edge software, and maintain exceptional client service. A fixed area, strong earnings potential and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• MRICS, AssocRICS, or SAVA pathway underway or achieved.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in residential surveys and valuation reports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys.
• Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 surveys across assigned area.
• Produce accurate survey reports using modern reporting tools.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain professional standards.
• Manage workload to meet targets and appointments.
• Attend regional meetings and stay updated with industry guidance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant professional standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified SAVA Surveyors and experienced AssocRICS / MRICS professionals looking for a flexible role with dedicated administrative and operational support, pre-booked appointments and a fixed working area.

With the support in place, surveyors can focus on delivering high-quality reports while maintaining flexibility and control over their workload.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys
• Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 Surveys across your designated geographical area
• Produce accurate and professional survey reports using market-leading technology
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the surveying process
• Manage your workload effectively to maximise productivity and service standards
• Work towards achievable performance and income targets
• Attend and contribute to regional meetings and team initiatives
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates
• Ensure compliance with all relevant professional and regulatory standards
• AssocRICS qualified or MRICS
• Newly qualified SAVA Surveyors will also be considered
• Experience conducting residential surveys and valuation reports preferred
• Strong understanding of residential property and surveying principles
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and report-writing ability
• Full UK driving licence
