Westmarq, the new trading name of what was Legal & General Surveying Services, is seeking a Full-time Residential Surveyor to cover Bournemouth and surrounding BH postcodes. The role focuses on valuation-heavy workload within a tight patch, designed to minimise travel.

The package is highly competitive: base around £63k, £7,200 car allowance, 17% pension contribution, private healthcare, and a transparent monthly bonus scheme starting at £750 increasing to £2,000 per month with 6 points daily,

Qualifications

• Experience in residential surveying and valuations.
• Knowledge of Bournemouth BH postcodes and patch management.
