The package is highly competitive: base around £63k, £7,200 car allowance, 17% pension contribution, private healthcare, and a transparent monthly bonus scheme starting at £750 increasing to £2,000 per month with 6 points daily,

• Covering select BH & Surrounding postcodes centred on Bournemouth
• Valuation heavy workload, close-knit patch with dedicated “postcode days” to minimise travel
• Highly competitive basic salary, likely falling in the region of £63k
• £7200 Car allowance
• 17% pension contribution (12% employer)
• Private Healthcare (including provision for existing conditions)
• 5.25 point per day expectation, with bonuses paid monthly starting at £750 (rising incrementally to £2000 per month for those achieving 6 points per day)
• An additional year-end bonus if the patch performance exceeds expectations (profit share)
