GCB Recruitment is seeking a Residential Surveyor for remote/home-based work with a fixed geographical area across Liverpool. The role suits newly qualified SAVA Surveyors or AssocRICS professionals, offering strong earning potential and work-life balance.

You will carry out valuation reports and Level 1/2 surveys, producing professional reports with modern tech, while meeting targets and maintaining high service standards. Flexible full-time or part-time options available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Residential Surveyor Remote Working Up to £70K OTE Full-Time or Part-Time

Are you either a newly qualified SAVA Surveyor or an experienced AssocRICS professional looking for a role that offers genuine work-life balance, strong earning potential, and a fixed geographical area?

Due to continued growth, a highly respected surveying organisation is looking to expand its team across Liverpool, offering an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified SAVA Surveyors and experienced AssocRICS professionals to join their team as a Residential Surveyor.

With dedicated administrative and operational support, pre-booked appointments, and a fixed working area, this role allows surveyors to focus on delivering high-quality reports while maintaining flexibility and control over their workload.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys
• Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 Surveys across your designated geographical area
• Produce accurate and professional survey reports using market-leading technology

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• AssocRICS qualified or higher, or qualified through SAVA
• Newly qualified surveyors are encouraged to apply
• Experience conducting residential surveys and valuation reports preferred
• Strong understanding of residential property and surveying principles
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and report-writing ability
• Full UK driving licence

What's on Offer?

For Newly Qualified SAVA Surveyors:

• Basic salary circa £35,000
• Up to £45,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)

For AssocRICS Qualified Surveyors and Above:

• £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary
• £60,000 - £70,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)
