Kamro Limited T/A Tenex in the North East is seeking a Residential Surveyor to undertake property inspections and produce reports to RICS standards. You will manage your diary, build client relationships with estate agents and homeowners, and use GoReport. Driving licence required; MRICS preferred.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will undertake residential property inspections across the North East, preparing high-quality reports in accordance with relevant RICS professional standards. Your responsibilities are likely to include:

• RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
• RICS Level 3 Building Surveys
• Residential valuations
• Help to Buy valuations
• Probate valuations
• Defect diagnosis
• Client consultations
• Building and maintaining relationships with estate agents, solicitors and homeowners
