Caretech is seeking a Residential Support Worker for Red Rock Lodge in the UK. You will help young people with daily routines, school readiness, and activity planning in a nurturing, home-like setting.

The role emphasizes building trust, emotional support, and tailored care while maintaining up-to-date care plans and daily digital documentation. A Level 3/4 qualification enhances progression and impact.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience preferred
• Ability to work towards Level 4 qualification in Children’s Residential Care
• Manual UK driving licence essential
• Willingness to develop with support from manager and team
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Support young people with daily routines and morning school readiness
• Keep care plans up to date with feedback from children and staff
• Work as part of a team and support colleagues
• Promote individuality and tailor care to each child
• Plan activities and accompany day trips and overnight sleep-ins
• Document records using electronic care recording system (Clearcare advantageous)
