Witherslack Group is recruiting a Residential Support Worker to help young people in our care, guiding daily routines, education support and activities. You will contribute to a positive environment and participate in the Care Academy induction to prepare you for the role.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent; training funded if not held.
• Can-do attitude, empathy and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support children daily routines, school prep, homework, and activities.
• Complete paperwork and plan engaging activities for young people.
• Provide induction and ongoing support through the Care Academy and beyond.
